In the night, the disciples seem to have forgotten that Jesus is the one who called them to cross to the other side. The whole time they are beset by wind and waves, Jesus is with them in the boat; they cry out, as if Jesus has abandoned them.

I am away for the next two Sundays. I am back at St. Isidore on July 7th.
