Our fox of the week is Katie Taylor - sporting legend. On our internet receommends this week we talk Jamie Oliver cookery lessons - and how you can get involved. Music news is a little sad as we talk about Michael Newsmith, one of the Monkees, who passed away this week as well as an update on what supports are being put in place for the live events sector in Ireland during this latest raft of restrictions.
