S02E50: Progression of the Tithe - The Tithe in the new Testament and Church era

God has a plan for the financial success or prosperity of His Children. This plan is part of our Salvation by grace through faith through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the Cross. However, as with the promises of God, there are conditions associated with God's plan for financial prosperity or success and we need to understand and fulfill the conditions to access it. Giving, including tithing is part of the mechanism God has put in place to establish financial prosperity for His children. Though the tithe has progressed from Abraham's initial offering of the tithe to Melchizedek through all the various dispensations of God's relationship with the People of Israel under the Mosaic Laws, the question on many minds are about the relevance and process of tithing in the new Testament. In this episode, I discuss the basis of tithing in the New Testament, devoid of the requirements and penalties set out under the mosaic law since the New Testament is based on grace and operates through faith.
