12. Roscoe Lilly - Walking In Faith as a Church Planter

Roscoe is the Lead and Founding Pastor of Starpoint Church located in the Capital District of New York. He and his wife started the church in 2003 with just 6 people, and has seen incredible growth under his leadership. Pastor Lilly is the recipient of the Liberty University Church Planter of the Year Award and the Church Growth Award.
