In Season 3 Episode 14, we talk about how those who want to FINISH WELL establish sustainable habits. Ask yourself, what is a habit? What would you say are your habits? Habits create the current of your life and establish the direction you're going. Habits can be both positive and negative. Are any of your habits damaging and destructive? If you want to overcome these, you have to replace it with a good habit.
The first area we talk about is the Spiritual area of our lives, which include the following: 1) spending daily time with the Lord, 2) worshiping regularly with the Body of Christ, 3) connecting and growing weekly with others, and 4) serving routinely through ministry and mission.
