- Utilizing positive affirmations, seeking social support, being mindful of surroundings.
- Inspiration from children, moments of clarity, and reminders of inner strength.
Framework for Combating Fatigue (P.M.P.M.P.M.):
- Prioritize: Prioritize sleep and rest, establish a consistent sleep schedule, create a relaxing bedtime routine, take short breaks throughout the day.
- Maintain: Maintain a balanced diet, eat regular balanced meals, include a variety of nutrient-rich foods, stay hydrated, limit caffeine, sugar, and processed foods.
