18: Stacey Gross

Stacey joins Blaire and Shawn to discuss how she started running, where she is currently in running, and her upcoming races for the fall. She will be running the Chicago Marathon and then taking part in the Philadelphia half marathon. The group also discuss Stacey's love of cross training and the creative process she brings to her IG account that encourages and reminds other runners about the physical and mental aspects of running.
