In this episode, Mike sits down with Patrick Cullinan, a 29 year law enforcement vet with a heart for helping his brothers and sisters behind the badge. Patrick is on staff with the Southern States Police Benevolence Assoc. and is on the board of a new Nonprofit coming to Augusta, Ga called Valor Station.
Patrick's story is a testament to those who work as first responders and the travesties that they must endure- all while keeping up with the exceeding standard of carrying a badge. Pat lends us a peak into his troubles and how he was able to use peer-to-peer therapy as a mechanism to make some space in his "life bucket".
