NY Baseball is a disaster (2:05) and the Yankees have become the present day Dallas Cowboys (not a compliment) and the Mets may be worse than they Yankees at the moment (7:08); not awesome. Mikal Bridges signs an extension with the Knicks (7:39)- a very good deal for the Knicks and some thoughts on the DeAron Fox extension with the Spurs (9:30).
