The intention of this show is to bring together men and women in harmony and honor each other's masculine and feminine energetic cores.

In this episode of For the Love of Men Podcast we discuss:

  1. Being able to explore deeper emotions with you than you can on your own, he’s willing to share in the emotional labor of conscious relationships.

  2. Executing a plan with excellence, being accountable for the whole process and leading the way.

  3. When men are connected to their purpose and taking responsibility for their space.

  4. One listener pointed out the work ethic of men, providing care and creating an experience that is positive for those around you.

  5. Taking charge of their inner space as a form of integrity and following through.

  6. Being generous, it is empowering for people around you when you see others as equals and give from a place of integrity.

  7. Talking to me, not at me. Seeing a person as equally capable keeps the dynamic multidimensional instead of objectifying them.

  8. Authenticity instead of “superficial charm” (i.e. manipulation), trusting that who you are is enough for the right person. Self-confidence is hot!

  9. Loving their kids (if they have them) well. Nurturing requires masculine energy, when women see men who prioritize and nurture their children, it is an obvious display of many green flags for a potential relationship.

  10. Being able to allow independence and connection with others (healthy interdependence)

  11. Treating others with respect. Respect goes along with seeing other people as capable, worthy individuals.

  12. Taking responsibility and accountability for their own growth and life experience (i.e. learning new skills, hobbies, etc)

  13. Asking great questions will go far in dating. Not just that, but being genuinely curious and ask follow up questions. Don’t be afraid to explore the experience of the person you’re with <3
