  1. Your Intuition is a sign that your Empowered Feminine Energy is online. If you’re finding yourself deep in self-doubt, it will activate your masculine energy. Often, this will look like the need to move toward a man (asking questions like “what do I need to do to get more from him?”). Trust that it is coming online to support you and redirect that attention inward and receive the inner support.

  2. One of the hardest parts of dating is learning to trust that a man knows what he is capable of giving. His availability to meet your needs is not a reflection of your attractiveness or the likelihood of that need being met but these beliefs are usually what will keep a woman in a connection that isn’t the best fit for her. Holding your needs in high esteem is the fastest way to getting them met in a healthy way (you may open up space for more aligned sources of connection by letting a man go who says he isn’t available for what you want).

  3. Pursuing a relationship is very different than pursuing a man. When you focus on what a healthy relationship would need from you and take those actions, men will naturally be drawn to you instead of you feeling the need to show him how “qualified” you are as a partner (the relationship resume).

  4. Leaving the door open while moving on will not turn off an empowered man that is not able to meet your needs at this time. Sometimes he needs time to clarify his boundaries and open up space for a relationship. If it’s not a fit, trust that he knows what he is able to provide in a relationship instead of repeatedly accepting less than you desire.
