The intention of this show is to bring together men and women in harmony and honor each other's masculine and feminine energetic cores.
In this episode of For the Love of Men we discuss:
- What does integrity look like for the Feminine (i.e. is it people pleasing or keeping your word?) Integrity to the Feminine is a moment-by-moment revealing of your inner experience, for the Masculine integrity means doing what you say. Focal Point: Notice what situations you have a hard time saying “no” to and formulate a plan to create space when the pressure feels highest (i.e. “I need to check my calendar and get back to you”)
- Feminine energy principles that are taught in a vacuum tend to cater to the wounded feminine within us. Focal Point: Partnership requires two empowered people to thrive. This means a woman needs her own masculine energy online and integrated (to be able to validate herself) for her to show up in a way that allows for healthy relationships.
- Check out #5 for more info on tendencies of the Wounded Feminine (we all have it). Focal Point: When we only focus on our feelings, the relationship dynamic that often comes out of that is that of parent-child (not sexy for romantic relationships).
- You can’t set a boundary and simultaneously babysit the other person’s feelings about the boundary. Focal Point: To correct unhealthy dynamics, begin noticing the other person’s Masculine energy in the relationship by trusting that they are capable -in general and of holding their emotional experience- acknowledging it will keep the dynamic healthy.
