There’s a lot of talk about “princess treatment” right now. Some of it’s light and funny, some of it’s rooted in real desire, and some of it is missing the point entirely.

In this episode, we’re unpacking what’s underneath the viral reels, the lists, the standards, and what happens when a woman starts to base her worth on how much she’s being poured into without pausing to ask: Do I even want that kind of relationship?

Because yes, you can want to feel spoiled, cared for, and deeply cherished…And still make space for a man to feel respected, needed, and appreciated.

It’s all about getting honest with yourself and asking:

• Is what I’m asking for actually mine?

• Do I feel empowered asking for it or pressured to perform some version of “feminine”?

• And most importantly... what do I want to give in return?
  

When you approach relationships from an empowered feminine lens, the goal isn’t to demand more. It’s to ask better. To check in with your own heart first. To receive without entitlement. And to let your standards be rooted in self-respect, not fear.
