Rose came in clutch, running a new PB of 14:40.83 and in turn bettering her own Australian Record. It’s a great start to her international season & it will be exciting to see what she does this year.

Sarah had her first diamond league podium finish in the 1000m, placing 3rd in 2:33.45 moving her to #2 Aus all-time.
