FTK returns from holidays to deliver the first episode of an even bigger and better Season 4 (have the "big things" finally arrived...?). We celebrate the season launch by releasing our first ever episode incorporating video (go follow us on Tik Tok) and part one of a highly anticipated two-part interview.  As you may have seen, FTK chats to 2016 Olympic 1500m gold medallist Matt Centrowitz about a whole range of fascinating topics, which will be split into separate episodes (we told you the big things were here!). We also announce the details of our Sydney Marathon "Train With FTK" competition. As for training weeks - Joel is back feeling good running and Brett is preparing for the World Cross Country Championships this weekend in Bathurst.
