Brett & Joel overcome their hangovers (from Brett's birthday drinks the night before) to bring you episode 53. Brett's training suffered as he fought a nasty illness, while Joel takes us through his week in the lead up to Albert Park 10km where he finished 7th in 29:40. The pair breakdown Joel's first 10km road race in over 12 months before sharing what's on the horizon for both of them.
