Brett takes us through his training week in the lead up to another big win at the Australian Half Marathon Championships in Sunshine Coast on the weekend. Joel slowly rebuilds his weekly mileage which included an hour Sunday run with some fresh new company. The episode closes out with everyone's favourite segment and the announcement of a special FTK review competition running for the remainder of Season 2.
