We’re in Season 5–titled “We Got Issues,” helping you to navigate through some common conflict and/or communication issues that arise in establishing and maintaining romantic relationships.

This episode is all about navigating a “connection check-in” to gain the clarity you need without applying too much pressure. I’m using a specific example inspired by a client but I also generalize to fit all the other stories I’ve counseled through this year too.  You will hear a play-by-play as I lead you in how to guide this kind of conversation with your hope-to-be boo without feeling like you’re doing “too much” or trying to lead the relationship.
