English Football Phrase 2006 Week 8: Two-horse race

Todaya€s English for football phrase is two-horse race. So, at the moment in the Premier League in England, there is a large points gap between the top two teams and the rest of the league meaning that these two top teams are favourites to win the league. Now in Spain it is looking like a three-horse race as Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Sevilla are all involved in the race for the Spanish League title.
