Actually, I haven't known Tom Jasinski very long but he's the kind of guy that makes me curious. 
He's got a personal presence about him. Grounded. Calm. Wise. 
So I've been curious. 

I mean, he practices Kundalini Yoga. So there's that! 
But it was when Tom started leading Somatic Breath Work sessions at The Light: Wisdom and Wellness that I could truly see the fullness of who he is. And I knew I had to sit with him for a podcast conversation.

I think you'll like it. It's real + raw -  as in: real life interrupts us (twice) and we just keep going! 

But it's also real + raw as we talk about Tom's background and life story. He generously shares his experiences and his thoughts. And, yeah, he generously shares a ton of information about the power  + the necessity of healthy breathing. 

After all, the breath IS the bridge to our happiest and most optimal self.
