I was just introduced to someone who delights me! 
So of course, I want YOU to meet her too!

My friend introduced me to Nata. (Her cousin. My friend.) She said, "I'm always so happy to be around my cousin. She's coming in town over the holiday and you should talk to her." 

I talked to her I found that to be true: I was so happy to be around her!!

Nata is a mother and a healer. She's shaman-like! She utilizes breath work, movement, meditation, plant medicine, channeling, song and more to create transformative and awakening experiences for people. 

She brought a heart of passion and love to our conversation today. And I got the sense that she lives from that place: authentic and loving. It's her vibe.
