A Conversation | Experience Kundalini with Colleen O'Rourke

We share a teacher + an appreciation of a particular lineage. 
And we just wanted to chat about it. 

Today I'm sharing a lighthearted + inspiring conversation that I had with my friend and RAMA sister Colleen O'Rourke. 

Colleen is local to Cleveland and she teaches Kundalini Yoga in various locations + settings around the city under the tag "Experience Kundalini."  

She has studied + practiced Kundalini Yoga with Harijiwan + Guru Jagat + the amazing crew at RAMA Institute for Applied Yogic Science + Technology in Las Angelos for many years. 

{Yes, that's the same community I practice + train with.}

When Colleen and I get together, we just chat away with the sense of long-lost friends. And I wanted to share a snippet of that with you today.
