I met Angela Velez 11 years ago when she first hired me at lululemon back in Miami, Florida and immediately fell in love with her vibrancy,  authenticity, honesty and her LAUGH! Over the last 11 years, her path has taken many twists and turns, from deepening her yoga practice, to diving into Vedic astrology and reiki to pursuing her love for coffee and leading retreats. What's remained consistent the whole time though is that she's always remained true to herself, followed her bliss, and had the courage to take big leaps in order to create a life she loves. Now, she's dedicated to using her many skills and gifts to helping YOU do the same!

She serves as a facilitator and guide who is committed to providing access to transformational tools for each person’s or organization’s conscious evolution through the practices of meditation, mantra, breath work, conscious leadership, retreats, and more. 

She is also the founder of Cosmic Soul Retreats created from her passion for wellness, spirituality, traveling and transformation. Currently, she is curating retreats in both India and Columbia for fellow yogis and entrepreneurs.
