16: How to ENJOY all aspects of your life with Peruvian Healer Jhaimy Alvarez-Acosta

Now that I'm over 6 months into this "Follow your Spark" road trip, I can safely say this has been the biggest invitation of my life to lean into TRUST & SURRENDER!

This trip has invited me to surrender needing to know how it will all work out and learn to enjoy the present moment - no matter what I'm experiencing. ⁣And I can't say it's always been easy!!

That's why I'm so grateful to have met Peruvian Healer Jhaimy Alvarez-Acosta back in September on retreat in Canada. ⁣ Jhaimy has been such a beautiful teacher to me in what it looks like to enjoy every moment, not just the shiny ones. ⁣

And I'm so grateful to be able to share some of his deep wisdom here with you!

Jhaimy is a Traditional Curandero (Healer) from Cusco, Peru who has been trained and initiated in the wisdom teachings of the Northern region of Peru, home to the ancient lineage of the Sacred Plant medicine known as Wachuma or San Pedrito. Jhaimy began his initiation onto this path at a young age and has apprenticed with Master Teachers in the Alchemical mystery teachings of transformation and transmutation.

He is best known for his heart-centered and humble approach to healing and spirituality. He continues to be committed to the SERVICE OF LOVE and through ceremony, ritual and healing practices he supports people in moving past their limitations in order to liberate and connect with their heart and their purpose.
