If there is one upside to take from the events of the past 2 years, it might be that the world of work has become more flexible, with remote-working jobs giving employees the freedom to work from anywhere in the world. Some have decided to take advantage of this opportunity and relocate to cities which are sunnier and cheaper than Dublin.
