Cy: Yr haul oedd yn sglaff i lawr dros Forsyth Park, Savannah, Georgia, yn trochi'r caeau gwyrddlas gyda newyddion y ddinas yn synnu i lawr seler.
En: The sun was blazing down over Forsyth Park, Savannah, Georgia, bathing the green fields with news of the city in astonishment.

Cy: Ar wyneb y prysur hon, llestr y cwmniau, yna eisteddai Gareth a'i fab Ianto, yn disgwyl cysgod o dan un o'r wrthryfau dderw mawreddog sy'n addurno'r parc fel gŵyl o groen ail-wynebu'r ddinas.

Cy: "I ddechrau menter newydd.
En: "To begin a new venture."

Cy: "Yn fuan, cerddodd Carys atyn nhw, ei dagrau yn ei braich a'i gwning, heb leisiau, ond gyda chwerwedd yn y bedd yn eu rhieni.
En: Soon, Carys walked towards them, tears in her arm and her rabbit, voiceless but with bitterness in the grave of their parents.

Cy: Bu hanes a dryswch rhwng y ddau, a heddiw rownd bryser.
En: There was history and confusion between the two, and today was a round of new deliberation.

Cy: "Helo, Gareth," cychwynodd Carys, yn awyddus i lleddfu ond hefyd i ofyn yr hyn sydd wedi achosi'r pellter.
