Cy: Yn nyfnder Gwarchodfa Natur Bannau Brycheiniog, mae’r haul haf yn chware cysgodion dros y cerrig hen yn y Deml Cudd.
En: In the depths of Brecon Beacons Nature Reserve, the summer sun plays shadows over the ancient stones of the Hidden Temple.

Cy: Mae'r awel ysgafn yn cario arogl blodau gwyllt, yn cynnig heddwch mewn lle anhygoel.
En: A gentle breeze carries the scent of wildflowers, offering peace in an extraordinary place.

Cy: Ond i Eira, Rhys, a Carys, nid heddwch sydd ar eu meddwl.
En: But for Eira, Rhys, and Carys, peace is not what occupies their minds.

Cy: Maen nhw'n cerdded, ond mae anadlu Rhys yn drymach.
En: They continue walking, but Rhys’s breathing grows heavier.

Cy: Mae ei wyneb yn llwydni, a'i draed yn llusgo.
En: His face is pale, and his feet drag.

Cy: "Dylwn ni stopio am funud," meddai Eira, ei llais yn llawn pryder.
En: "We should stop for a minute," Eira says, her voice full of concern.

En: Memories from a past hike, where she struggled with her own condition, linger in her mind.

Cy: Nid yw eisiau i'r un peth ddigwydd i Rhys.
En: She doesn’t want the same thing to happen to Rhys.

Cy: "Dim problem, Eira," meddai Rhys, yn cyfog iddi hi a Carys.
En: "No problem, Eira," Rhys says, forcing a smile at her and Carys.

Cy: "Rydw i'n dda.
En: "I’m fine."

Cy: " Ond nid yw Eira'n siŵr.
En: But Eira isn’t convinced.

Cy: Mae rhywbeth yn dweud wrthi na ddylai edrych i'r ochr, nawr yw’r pryd i weithredu.
En: Something tells her that now is the time to act, rather than looking away.

Cy: Mae Carys yn mynd yn agosach, yn edrych ar Rhys yn ofalus.
En: Carys steps closer, looking at Rhys carefully.

Cy: "Gad i ni gael cyfle i ddal ein hanadl," meddai hi, ei llais melys yn cyfryngu, yn cynnig amser i Rhys glirio ei ben.
En: "Let's take a moment to catch our breath," she says, her sweet voice acting as a mediator, offering Rhys a moment to clear his head.

Cy: Rhys yn brwydro yn fewnol.
En: Rhys battles within himself.

Cy: Mae eisiau deithio ymlaen, i weld yr holl harddwch a syfrdanodd ef droeon ei glywed amdano.
En: He wants to continue on, to see all the beauty that he’s heard so much about.

Cy: Ond mae ei gorff yn gwrthod cydweithredu.
En: But his body refuses to cooperate.

Cy: Cyn ei fod yn gallu gwrthod eto, mae Eira'n llondyn penderfyniad.
En: Before he can refuse again, Eira is filled with determination.

Cy: "Rhaid i ni aros.
En: "We have to stop.

Cy: Carys, wyt ti eisiau ffonio am gymorth?
En: Carys, do you want to call for help?"

Cy: " Mae Carys yn nodio yn dawel, yn tynnu ei ffôn.
En: Carys nods silently, pulling out her phone.

Cy: Mae Rhys yn gwyro yn sydyn, y cryfder yn esgyn yn sydyn o’i goesau.
En: Rhys suddenly wobbles, the strength rapidly fleeing from his legs.

Cy: Mae eistedd yn ofynnol.
En: Sitting down becomes a necessity.

Cy: Mae Eira a Carys yn symud yn gyflym, yn gwthio drwy'r poen o’u blinder eu hunain i ganolbwyntio ar Rhys.
En: Eira and Carys move quickly, pushing through the pain of their own fatigue to focus on Rhys.

Cy: Wrth i'r cloc ticio, mae'r angen am weithredu'n cynyddu.
En: As the clock ticks, the need for action grows...
