Story Transcript:

Cy: Roedd y coed yn gymysg o aur a phorffor wrth iddi fod yn flwyddyn gynnar hydref yng Nghoedwig Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog.
En: The trees were a mix of gold and purple as it was early autumn in the Coedwig Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog Forest.

Cy: Roedd Gethin wrth ei fodd.
En: Gethin was delighted.

Cy: Roedd yn sefyll yno, yn gallu clywed seiniau'r natur o'i gwmpas tra bod ei rieni, Sian ac Eira, yn edrych i lawr ar eu ffonau symudol.
En: He stood there, able to hear the sounds of nature around him while his parents, Sian and Eira, looked down at their mobile phones.

Cy: Roedd y fath bryder a thrafferth ar wynebau ei rieni.
En: There was such worry and trouble on his parents' faces.

Cy: Roedd Gethin yn teimlo'n unig, euog.
En: Gethin felt lonely, guilty.

Cy: Felly, penderfynodd wneud rhywbeth i drwsio'r cysylltiad.
En: So, he decided to do something to mend the connection.

Cy: "Gadewch i ni fynd am dro ar hyd y llwybr," awgrymodd Gethin, gan addo eu bod yn gweld tirweddau newydd.
En: "Let's go for a walk along the path," suggested Gethin, promising they'd see new landscapes.

Cy: Roedd y ffordd yn fwyfwy garw, heb ymaith o dwristiaid eraill.
En: The path was increasingly rugged, away from other tourists.

Cy: Er eu hir desgwrn, cytunodd Sian ac Eira.
En: Despite their long hesitation, Sian and Eira agreed.

Cy: Wrth iddynt gerdded, a'r teulu'n bod eu traed bugail yn troedio caerog planhigion a dail, dechreuodd y glaw.
En: As they walked, and the family's footsteps trod on a carpet of plants and leaves, the rain began.

Cy: Drosto, trodd yn storm.
En: Gradually, it turned into a storm.

Cy: Gwlyb i'r asgwrn, roedd y teulu'n gwybod eu bod angen cysgod.
En: Soaked to the bone, the family knew they needed shelter.

Cy: "Yma," galwodd Gethin dros sŵn y glaw, gan edrych ar goeden dderw enfawr.
En: "Here," called Gethin over the sound of the rain, pointing to a massive oak tree.

Cy: Cymerodd y teulu loches tan y canghennau.
En: The family took shelter under the branches.

Cy: Tra bod y glaw yn cilio, dechreuon nhw chwerthin.
En: While the rain subsided, they began to laugh.

Cy: Sian a Eira, wedi bod yn rhy brysur i stopio a gweld yr harddwch, dechreuodd adrodd hanesion o'u teithiau eu hunain.
En: Sian and Eira, having been too busy to stop and see the beauty, started recounting stories of their own journeys.

Cy: Yn fuan, roedd eu sgwrs yn llawn o lawenydd.
En: Soon, their conversation was full of joy.

Cy: Ar ôl i'r glaw basio, roedd Gethin yn teimlo gwres annisgwyl o dan ei galon.
En: After the rain passed, Gethin felt an unexpected warmth under his heart.

Cy: Roedd wedi dod â'i deulu'n nes at ei gilydd, hyd yn oed yn wyneb y storm.
En: He had brought his family closer together, even in the face of the storm.

Cy: Roedd y cysylltiad hwn, meddai'r edau fain, yn rhywbeth gwerth ei brisio.
En: This connection, said the thin thread, was something worth cherishing.

Cy: "Dim mwy o ffonau heddiw?
En: "No more phones today?"

Cy: " gofynnodd Gethin gyda gwen.
En: asked Gethin with a smile.

Cy: A gwenodd Sian ac Eira yn ôl ato, gan addo mwy o amser gyda'i gilydd.
En: And Sian and Eira smiled back at him, promising more time together.

Cy: Roeddent, mewn gwirionedd, yn teimlo'r pwysigrwydd o wneud...
