Cy: Mae'r heulwen haf yn llewyrchu drwy ffenestri mawr y siop gyfarpar awyr agored yn y gwersyll hyfforddi.
En: The summer sunshine streams through the large windows of the outdoor equipment store at the training camp.

Cy: Mae’r lle’n fywiog o sŵn siarad a chwerthin, lle mae carfannau o fforwyr brwdfrydig yn paratoi ar gyfer eu her nesaf.
En: The place is alive with the sound of chatter and laughter, where groups of enthusiastic adventurers are preparing for their next challenge.

Cy: Pen draw, mae tray i sengl o dri ffrind sef Gareth, Carys, ac Elin.

Cy: "Beth am hyn?

En: In his heart, he knows he needs Carys' advice, but he still carries a shadow of uncertainty.

Cy: "O’r diwedd," meddai Gareth, "Carys, allai di fy helpu?
En: "Finally," says Gareth, "Carys, could you help me?

Cy: Dwi ddim yn siŵr beth yw'r gorau ar gyfer y taith hon.
En: I'm not sure what's best for this trip."

Cy: "Yn syth, mae Carys yn gorffen ei chwilio a rhoi sylw llawn i Gareth.
En: Immediately, Carys finishes her searching and gives Gareth her full attention.

Cy: "Wrth gwrs!
En: "Of course!

Cy: Byddwn ni'n edrych ar bopeth gyda'n gilydd.
En: We'll look at everything together."
