Cy: Wrth i Dylan gerdded ar hyd y traeth lleol ym Mharry Island, mae ei draed yn plymio i'r tywod oer.
En: As Dylan walks along the local beach on Barry Island, his feet sink into the cold sand.

Cy: Mae llanw'r nos yn dod i mewn, a gwynt y gaeaf yn chwythu trwy ei gôt.
En: The evening tide is coming in, and the winter wind is blowing through his coat.

Cy: Mae rhuthr yr arcedau yn dawel yn y tymor hwn, ond mae ei feddwl yn sŵnlladd.
En: The rush of the arcades is quiet in this season, but his mind is buzzing.

Cy: Mae ei rieni wedi dweud iddo astudio, astudio, a mwy o astudio ar gyfer yr arholiadau TGAU sydd ar y gorwel.
En: His parents have told him to study, study, and study more for the TGAU exams that are on the horizon.

En: She is a student, like Dylan, but the pressure vanishes when she thinks about her friends and interests.

En: She doesn't know that Dylan is channeling his feelings into the written word.

En: On Valentine's Day, Dylan faces a difficult decision.

En: His math class with Rhys, his best friend, is empty.

Cy: "Mae'n rhaid i mi fynd," meddai wrth ei hun.
En: "I have to go," he tells himself.

Cy: Yn lle bod yn y dosbarth, mae'n eistedd ar fainc tu allan, y môr yn chwynnu o'i flaen.
En: Instead of being in class, he sits on a bench outside, the sea whispering in front of him.

Cy: Mae'n agor llyfr nodiadau bach ac yn dechrau sgwennu.
En: He opens a small notebook and starts writing.

Cy: Yn yr awyr iach, mae'r geiriau'n llifo fel dŵr.
En: In the fresh air, the words flow like water.

Cy: Brawddegau sy'n dwyn cyfoeth ac anwyldeb, hanes ei edmygedd cudd am Carys.
En: Sentences that carry richness and affection, tales of his hidden admiration for Carys.

Cy: "Rhaid gwneud hyn," meddai wrtho'i hun, a phan mae'r gerdd yn gyflawn, mae Dylan yn ei lleisio mewn amlen binc fach, gan adael ei enw allan.
En: "This has to be done," he tells himself, and when the poem is complete, Dylan places it in a small pink envelope, leaving his name out.

Cy: Mae'n pasio'r amlen i destun Carys, yn ei ddweud mai dim ond "gan rhywun sy'n poeni".
En: He passes the envelope to a friend of Carys, saying it's just "from someone who cares."

En: The next day, Carys stands alone on the beach, holding the paper in her hands, her eyes filling with joy as she reads...
