Ro: Când soarele primăverii s-a ivit deasupra Munților Bucegi, Andrei aștepta nerăbdător în parcarea de la baza muntelui.
En: When the spring sun rose above the Munții Bucegi, Andrei was eagerly waiting in the parking lot at the base of the mountain.

Ro: O zi perfectă pentru drumeție, gândea el.
En: "A perfect day for hiking," he thought.

Ro: Peisajul era viu, plin de culori, cu flori sălbatice care se întindeau peste câmpuri.
En: The landscape was vibrant, full of colors, with wildflowers stretching across the fields.

Ro: În aer se simțea parfumul prospețimii și al aventurii.
En: In the air was the scent of freshness and adventure.

Ro: Elena, sosită dintr-o țară îndepărtată, și-a parcat mașina alături de el.
En: Elena, arrived from a distant country, parked her car next to his.

Ro: Zâmbind larg, a sărit afară și și-a deschis portbagajul.

Ro: Spre surprinderea lui Andrei, în loc de bocanci, Elena scoate două skiuri strălucitoare.
