Ro: Drumul Serpentin, cunoscut ca Transfăgărășanul, străbate Munții Carpați.
En: The Drumul Serpentin, known as Transfăgărășan, winds through the Carpathian Mountains.

Ro: Iarna, zăpada acoperă brazii, iar aerul este proaspăt și rece.
En: In winter, snow covers the fir trees, and the air is fresh and cold.

Ro: Vlad, cu geaca sa groasă, oprește mașina la un popas.
En: Vlad, in his thick jacket, stops the car at a roadside rest area.

Ro: Vrea să-și încălzească mâinile cu o cană de ceai fierbinte.
En: He wants to warm his hands with a cup of hot tea.

Ro: În timp ce își savurează ceaiul, observă o tânără cu un zâmbet larg și o mașină cu capota ridicată.
