Ro: Raluca își plimba pașii grăbiți pe holul spitalului.
En: Raluca moved quickly down the hospital corridor.

Ro: Era vară, iar afară cerul era senin și soarele strălucea puternic, dar aici, înăuntru, era rece și steril.
En: It was summer, and outside the sky was clear and the sun shone brightly, but inside, it was cold and sterile.

Ro: Mașinile de respirație și monitoarele emiteau un zumzet constant care o făcea să se simtă și mai anxioasă.
En: The breathing machines and monitors emitted a constant hum that made her feel even more anxious.

Ro: Raluca își freca mâinile agitate.
