Lt: Ruta ir Vytas stovėjo ant kelto denio, žiūrėdami į baltu šalčiu apsnigtą Kuršių neriją.
En: Ruta and Vytas stood on the ferry deck, looking at the Curonian Spit covered in white frost.

Lt: Buvo sausio pradžia, laikas, kai lietuviai švenčia Trijų Karalių šventę.
En: It was early January, a time when Lithuanians celebrate the Three Kings holiday.

Lt: Ruta visada svajojo apie šeimos kelionę, kurioje visiems būtų gera, be miesto šurmulio.

Lt: Bet Vytas tik sumurmėjo atsakymą, nepaisydamas mamos žodžių.
