Lt: Žiema apgaubė gimnazijos kiemą lengvu sniego paklode.
En: Winter covered the courtyard of the gimnazija with a light blanket of snow.

Lt: Pro didelius klasės langus matėsi krintančios snaigės, kai Dovydas sėdėjo savo vietoje studentų tarybos kambaryje.
En: Through the large classroom windows, falling snowflakes could be seen as Dovydas sat in the student council room.

Lt: Jis atsakingas už svarbų renginį – naujametinį vakarinį vakarėlį.
En: He was responsible for an important event – the New Year's Eve party.

Lt: Jo rankos truputį drebėjo iš jaudulio, tačiau jis žinojo, kad tai turi būti geriausias vakarėlis mokykloje.

En: Dovydas sighed.

Lt: Jis suprato, kad reikės kompromiso.
En: He realized a compromise was needed.

Lt: "Klausykite, galime įgyvendinti ledo skulptūras, bet pridėkime karštą gėrimą - arbatas, kad visi galėtų sušilti?
En: "Listen, we can have the ice sculptures, but let's add hot drinks, like teas, so everyone can warm up?"

Lt: "Mindaugas linktelėjo.
En: Mindaugas nodded.

Lt: "Tai skamba gerai.
En: "That sounds good.

Lt: Svarbiausia, kad viskas būtų saugu.
En: The most important thing is that everything is safe."

Lt: "Nors Eglė norėjo daugiau, ji pritarė kompromisui.
En: Although Eglė wanted more, she agreed to the compromise.

Lt: "Gerai, padarykime taip," ji šypsojosi, žinodama, kad bent dalis jos idėjų bus įgyvendinta.
En: "Alright, let's do it," she smiled, knowing that at least part of her ideas would be realized.
