Lt: Ūkanotą rudens rytą, kai miškai aplink Klaipėdą nusispalvino auksinėmis spalvomis, Dominykas stovėjo savo fermoje ir žvelgė į laukus.
En: On a misty autumn morning, when the forests around Klaipėda were dressed in golden hues, Dominykas stood on his farm gazing at the fields.

Lt: Šiandien reikėjo skubiai nuimti bulvių derlių, nes žinios pranešė apie artėjantį krušos debesis.
En: Today, the potato harvest needed to be swiftly gathered because the news had forecast a hailstorm approaching.
