Lt: Saulėtas vasaros rytas prasidėjo Kuršių Nerijoje.
En: A sunny summer morning began on the Curonian Spit.

Lt: Ilgos gijos smėlio kopų glostė horizonto liniją, o pušų šakos švelniai šnibždėjo vėjyje.
En: Long strands of sand dunes caressed the horizon line, and pine branches gently whispered in the wind.

Lt: Čia, šioje magiškoje vietoje, susirinko studentų grupė atlikti savo vasaros mokyklos projekto apie unikalią smėlio kopų ekosistemą.
En: Here, in this magical place, a group of students gathered to work on their summer school project about the unique sand dune ecosystem.

Lt: Tarp jų buvo Milda ir Arūnas.
En: Among them were Milda and Arūnas.

Lt: Milda – smalsi ir atsidavusi biologijos studentė.

En: We have so much time ahead," he replied.

Lt: Tačiau laikas bėgo greitai.
En: However, time passed quickly.

Lt: Kiekviena diena atnešė vis daugiau gundymų — saulės vonios jūros pakrantėje, vakarėliai su draugais, vakarienės prie ugnies.
En: Each day brought more temptations—sunbathing by the sea, parties with friends, dinners by the fire.

Lt: Milda jautėsi abejojanti, kaip juos dviese užteks pastangų projektui.
En: Milda questioned whether their combined efforts would be enough for the project.

Lt: Ji nenorėjo pasiduoti, tačiau suprato, kad Arūnas nesiklausys paprastų prašymų.
En: She didn't want to give up but realized that Arūnas wouldn't listen to simple requests.

En: If we don't work together, we won't accomplish anything," she spoke with a spark in her eyes.

Lt: Arūnas, pamatęs Mildos pasiaukojimą ir entuziazmą, pirmą kartą susimąstė apie jų bendrą darbą.
