Lt: Šaltas vėjas pūtė per Klaipėdą, o sniegas krito tarsi milžiniški balti popieriaus lapai.
En: The cold wind blew through Klaipėda, and snow fell like giant white sheets of paper.

Lt: Šiame pasaulyje, kurio neliko jokio ženklo gyvenimui, Daina ir Mindaugas taip jautėsi vienui vieni.
En: In this world, where there was no sign of life, Daina and Mindaugas felt utterly alone.

Lt: Jie stovėjo tuščioje gatvėje, dairydamiesi aplinkui, bandydami surasti kažką, kas galėtų juos sušildyti ir pamaitinti.

En: "We might find something that I could use to repair those old communication devices.

En: Maybe even contact other survivors."

Lt: " Bet abu žinojo, kad tai yra rizika - per didelė, kad nekiltų abejonių ar nesusilauktų pavojaus.
En: But both knew it was a risk—too great not to raise doubts or involve danger.

Lt: Pasukę į rytus, jie patraukė link miesto centro.
