Lv: Saules apspīdētā pievakarē ģimenes mājas dārzā pulcējās Kristīne, Edgars un Māris.
En: In a sunset bathed in sunlight, Kristīne, Edgars, and Māris gathered in the family home's garden.

Lv: Vasaras laiks, jūlijs, nesen aizgājušie Jāņi deva smaržu svaigi nopļautiem pļavām un siltiem vakariem.
En: It was summertime, July, and the recently passed Jāņi celebrations filled the air with the smell of freshly cut meadows and warm evenings.

Lv: Vecs ozolkoks, ko tur iestādījis vecvecvectēvs, stāvēja dārza vidū, radot ēnu.
