Lv: Rīgas Centrāltirgus vienmēr bija pilns ar cilvēkiem, it īpaši pavasarī, kad visiem bija sakārojies pirkt gardumus Jāņu svinībām.
En: Rīgas Centrāltirgus was always full of people, especially in the spring when everyone had a craving to buy treats for the Jāņu celebrations.

Lv: Saule spīdēja spoži, un apkārt valdīja rosība.
En: The sun was shining brightly, and there was a buzz of activity all around.

Lv: Ilze, kopā ar brāli Jāni un meitu Elīnu, staigāja cauri tirgum, meklējot visu nepieciešamo lielai svētku svinēšanai.
