Fi: Valkoinen lumi peitti maan kuin pehmeä peitto.
En: The white snow covered the ground like a soft blanket.

Fi: Tammikuun kylmä viima hengitti hiljaa metsän halki, kun Aino ja Jussi vaelsivat tiheän kuusimetsän keskellä.
En: Tammikuu's cold wind breathed quietly through the forest as Aino and Jussi wandered in the middle of the dense spruce forest.
