Fi: Kaukana lännessä, jylhien Kalliovuorten sylissä, oli lämmin heinäkuinen aamu.
En: Far to the west, nestled in the majestic Kalliovuoret, it was a warm July morning.

Fi: Amerikan itsenäisyyspäivä oli juuri kulunut, ja amerikkalaiset juhlivat sitä hetki sitten innokkaasti leireillään.
En: America's Independence Day had just passed, and Americans had recently celebrated it enthusiastically at their camps.
