Fi: Taivas oli kirkas, ja tähdet välkkyivät Lapin yön yllä.
En: The sky was clear, and the stars twinkled over the Lappi night.

Fi: Pieni kylä oli täynnä elämää.
En: The small village was full of life.

Fi: Lyhdyt hehkuivat lämpimästi, ja lumi kimmelsi niiden valossa.
En: Lanterns glowed warmly, and the snow shimmered in their light.

Fi: Pohjoistuuli toi tervehdyksen sieltä, missä revontulet tanssivat taivaalla.
En: The north wind brought greetings from where the northern lights danced in the sky.
