Story Transcript:

En: In the Tallinna Botaanikaaias during autumn, when the leaves were orange and red, people gathered for the seasonal exhibition.

Et: Kaido, vaikne botaanik, kõndis kitsastel radadel, kott seljas.
En: Kaido, a quiet botanist, walked the narrow paths with a bag on his back.

Et: Ta otsis midagi erilist - haruldast lille, mis pidi just praegu õitsema.
En: He was searching for something special - a rare flower that was supposed to be blooming right now.

En: Kaido had heard that this flower, called the blue moon orchid, was hiding in a secluded corner of the garden.

Et: Samal ajal, mitte kaugel Kaidost, püüdis Maarja, noor ajakirjanik, vaadata kõike läbi oma kaamera.
En: Meanwhile, not far from Kaido, Maarja, a young journalist, was trying to capture everything through her camera.

En: Her eyes were searching for a unique story that would make it to the magazine's front page.

En: The air was filled with the scent of dew-covered soil and fresh autumn air, filling both their hearts with new anticipation.

En: By chance, Kaido and Maarja ended up on the same path.

En: Maarja noticed Kaido, who looked fragile, examining beneath the flowers and around the trees, as if searching for something mysterious.

Et: "Tere!"
En: "Hello!"

Et: tervitas Maarja julgesti.
En: greeted Maarja boldly.

Et: "Sa näid olevat midagi otsimas.
En: "You seem to be looking for something.

Et: Võib-olla saan aidata?"
En: Maybe I can help?"

Et: Kaido peatus ja vaatas talle silma.
En: Kaido stopped and looked her in the eyes.

En: He rarely talked to strangers, but Maarja's broad smile was hard to ignore.

Et: "Tere," ütles ta vaikselt.
En: "Hello," he said quietly.

Et: "Otsin sinist kuukinga.
En: "I'm looking for the blue moon orchid.

Et: See on haruldane.
En: It's rare.

Et: Keegi pole seda aastaid näinud."
En: No one has seen it for years."

Et: "See kõlab põnevalt!
En: "That sounds exciting!

Et: Otsin ise ka lugu.
En: I'm looking for a story myself.

En: Do you think I could join you?"

Et: küsis Maarja, uudishimu täis.
En: asked Maarja, full of curiosity.

Et: Kaido mõtles hetkeks.
En: Kaido thought for a moment.

En: But something about Maarja's tone and curiosity seemed genuine.

Et: Ta noogutas.
En: He nodded.

Et: Koos läksid nad edasi läbi botaanikaaia.
En: Together, they proceeded through the botanical garden.
