Cs: Zimní slunce vrhalo dlouhé stíny na římský trh.
En: The winter sun cast long shadows over the Roman market.

Cs: Stánky se třpytily pod pestrobarevnými látkami.
En: The stalls glimmered under colorful fabrics.

Cs: Vůně ovoce, koření a bylin naplňovala vzduch.
En: The scent of fruit, spices, and herbs filled the air.

Cs: V tento pozdní zimní den byla na trhu i Tereza, energická prodavačka elixírů.
En: On this late winter day, Tereza, an energetic seller of elixirs, was also at the market.

Cs: "Elixír věčného mládí!"
En: "Elixir of eternal youth!"

Cs: volala Tereza.
En: called Tereza.

Cs: Držela lahvičku nad hlavou.
