Cs: Vit stál na okraji lesa, zelené listí se třpytilo ve slunci a světlo tančilo mezi větvemi.
En: Vit stood at the edge of the forest, the green leaves shimmering in the sun, and the light dancing among the branches.

Cs: Cítil vzrušení a trochu strach.
En: He felt excitement mixed with a bit of fear.

Cs: V kapsách měl jen pár pomůcek: zápisník, tužky a mobil s malou taškou na vodu.
En: In his pockets, he had only a few items: a notebook, pencils, and a mobile phone with a small water pouch.

Cs: Myšlenky mu přerušily kroky jeho přátel, Eva a Jiří, kteří zůstali na okraji lesa.
En: His thoughts were interrupted by the footsteps of his friends, Eva and Jiří, who stayed at the edge of the forest.

Cs: "Dávej pozor, než se ztratíš," volala Eva, ale Vit se už ponořil do zeleného bludiště.
En: "Be careful not to get lost," called Eva, but Vit had already plunged into the green maze.

Cs: Les se s každým krokem zhušťoval.
En: With each step, the forest grew denser.

Cs: Stačilo jen pár minut a Vit už nevěděl, kde je.
En: It took only a few minutes for Vit to lose his sense of direction.

Cs: Všude kolem něj byl tichý šelest listů a vzdálené zpěvy ptáků.

Cs: Světlo mizelo a Vit si uvědomil, že cesta z lesa bude velký problém.

Cs: Baterie téměř vybitá, ale podsvícení mu ještě posloužilo.
