Cs: Horký letní den se blížil k večeru, když Karel, unavený ale odhodlaný, vešel do policejní stanice.
En: A hot summer day was drawing to a close when Karel, tired but determined, entered the police station.

Cs: Policejní stanice byla rušná a plná lidí.
En: The police station was bustling and full of people.

Cs: Šedé zdi a uniformovaní policisté vytvářeli prostředí plné pohybu a hluku.

Cs: U stolu ležela hromada papírů, pod měkkými světly plnými životem se vše zdálo rychlejší.
