Cs: Jižní světlo pronikalo skrz dubové větve, rozlévalo se kolem útulné chaty, jež stála v zelených kopcích českých hor.
En: The southern light filtered through the oak branches and spread around the cozy cabin, nestled in the green hills of the české mountains.

Cs: Uvnitř, Jirka, unavený zaměstnanec kanceláře, seděl neklidně u stolu.
En: Inside, Jirka, a weary office worker, sat restlessly at the table.

Cs: Byl vděčný za víkendový únik, ale myšlenky na práci ho pronásledovaly jako stín.
En: He was grateful for the weekend escape, but thoughts of work haunted him like a shadow.

Cs: Vera a Pavel, jeho přátelé z dětství, už byli venku a plánovali pěší túru.
En: Vera and Pavel, his childhood friends, were already outside planning a hike.
