Cs: Listí se snášelo na zem, barvilo ulice Starého Města do nesčetných odstínů zlaté a červené.
En: The leaves were gently falling to the ground, painting the streets of the Old Town in countless shades of gold and red.

Cs: Voňavá vůně čerstvé kávy se linula z pražírny, kde Petr každý den pracoval.
En: The fragrant aroma of fresh coffee wafted from the roastery where Peter worked every day.

Cs: Jeho svět se zúžil na malý prostor kavárny, kde trávil většinu času za pultem, připravující espresso pro stále zákazníky.
En: His world had shrunk to the small space of the café, where he spent most of his time behind the counter, making espresso for regular customers.

Cs: Byl dobrý barista, možná nejlepší v Praze, ale někde hluboko v sobě cítil, že mu něco chybí.
En: He was a good barista, perhaps the best in Prague, but somewhere deep inside, he felt that something was missing.

Cs: Jednoho podzimního dne, kdy se den postupně měnil v soumrak, přijal nečekaný dopis.
