Cs: Jakub stál na kraji lesa, sníh mu křupal pod nohama.
En: Jakub stood at the edge of the forest, snow crunching under his feet.

Cs: Byla zima.
En: It was winter.

Cs: Studený vítr mu šlehal tváře.
En: A cold wind whipped against his face.

Cs: Ale Jakub měl plán.
En: But Jakub had a plan.

Cs: Potřeboval najít něco výjimečného pro školní projekt.
En: He needed to find something remarkable for his school project.

Cs: Jeho učitelka řekla, že nejlepší projekt dostane speciální ocenění.
En: His teacher said that the best project would receive a special award.

Cs: Zuzana přišla k Jakubovi.
En: Zuzana came up to Jakub.

Cs: "Ahoj, Jakube," usmála se Zuzana.
